I had an outstanding experience at this boutique hotel in Istanbul. The customer service, particularly from the owner Burak, was exceptional and made my stay truly memorable. The hotel had a charming artistic decor and my room was comfortable with plenty of amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast options offered, even during the pandemic. The only minor downside was that there were some external noise disturbances, but overall, it was an amazing stay that I would highly recommend.
